At Le Masters restaurant, you will be offered a selection of starters such as the lemon and citrus fennel carpaccio, but also a ceviche of sardines marinated vegetables minute or the aubergine tube au gratin parmiggiano, poultry mousseline and zucchini, tomato pesto.

To sublimate the end of your meal, a gourmet selection will be also proposed. 

Conviviality and sharing are the definition of Le Masters restaurant. The time for you to bring your family, friends, colleagues or clients aroung a shoulder of lamb 350gr, or a large bream for 4 people and why not share a classic like the whole Bresse chicken high outdoor truffle... All accompanied by a ''Monte Carlo Sensation'' cocktail !

This tennis tournament will immerse you in a day of sweet bliss.

A central kitchen will be arranged for the event with the Chefs put forward !

This way of cooking, named "live cooking" will energize your lunch.

You will be offered for example, a roasted duck filet "aceto balsamico", tomatoes with fleur de sel and artichokes grilled with olive oil, chips of dried fruits or a pack of chicken with vegetables and snack risotto with tomato confit, sweet pepper sauce...
