The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2025 took place from April 5 to 13 2025, in the prestigious setting of the Monte-Carlo Country Club. As one of the most iconic events on the ATP Masters 1000 circuit, the tournament once again brought together the world's top clay-court players.
After an intense week of spectacular matches, Carlos Alcaraz claimed the title by defeating Lorenzo Musetti in an explosive three-set final. This victory marked another major milestone in the rise of the young Spanish champion and added a new highlight to the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2025.

For this prestigious edition of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming guests to Le Masters , our pop-up restaurant located at the heart of the event.
Throughout the tournament, hundreds of guests enjoyed an exceptional culinary experience in a unique setting overlooking the courts and the Mediterranean. Elegant surroundings, personalized service and refined cuisine made Le Masters a destination of choice for both tennis lovers and food enthusiasts.
The Pavillon Traiteur team brought its expertise to every service, delivering premium catering designed to elevate each moment of the tournament.

An exclusive menu blending tradition and creativity
For this 2025 edition, our teams created tailor-made menus inspired by seasonal ingredients and the Mediterranean terroir, with a contemporary twist.
Throughout the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2025, Le Masters offered a flexible dining experience, with a choice between full packages, including starter, main course, dessert, wines and beverages, or an à la carte menu tailored to each guest's preferences.
The menus evolved over the course of the event, offering fresh, seasonal and ever-changing cuisine. Each day brought a new combination of flavors, carefully designed to surprise and delight our guests.
Every dish was paired with a carefully curated selection of wines and champagnes to create perfect balance and harmony.
An exclusive Final menu by Philippe Joannès
For the grand final of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2025, our pop-up restaurant Le Masters had the honor of presenting an exclusive menu created by Philippe Joannès, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Culinary Consultant Pavillon Traiteur.
Designed as a true gastronomic experience, this menu featured:
Sea bass, marinated with a passion fruit, pomegranate and sucrine lettuce vinaigrette
Veal tournedos confit, served with cromesquis, stuffed courgette flowers and morel sauce
Chocolate, presented in a gourmet symphony built around this exceptional ingredient
Served with a glass of champagne, this refined dinner enhanced the closing moments of the tournament in an atmosphere that was both festive and elegant.
